The covers come standard with an optional 16" long "tail" that can be screwed to either your deck, or to a set of brackets attached to the side of your spa, for easy alignment of the cover.  These covers are made of a 1/4" thick, cross-linked closed cell black polyethylene foam. Attached to the foam are 2-3/4" wide by 1-1/2" slats of cedar spaced apart. (the brackets are included with the cover and give a place for the cover to roll on to). This allows for the cover to be simply rolled off your spa (no more bulky cover to lift).

7-Year Warranty

Subject to the exceptions and disclaimers set forth below, "Manufacturer" warrants the Roll Cover as follows. Cover will not absorb water is excess of 10% of the total weight of the cover for 7 years. Wood slats are warranted against warpage for a period of 2 years.

Warranty coverage hereunder is extended to the original owner from the date of original delivery. Roll Covers not purchased from the manufacturer or an authorized dealer are specifically excluded from warranty coverage of any kind. Manufacturer will, at its sole option, repair or replace any component found defective under the terms and conditions of this warranty upon receipt of roll cover to manufacturers place of business.

IMPORTANT WARNING: These are not safety covers. Manufacturer and their agents will not under any circumstances, be held liable or responsible for injury/death to any person or damages to any property, however arising.

Should a defect, as covered by this warranty, become apparent during the warranty period:

• Written notice of any malfunction or defect must be reported within fourteen (14) days of the time the malfunction or defect is discovered, and must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt of the cover.
• Purchaser is responsible for the return of the Roll Cover to Manufacturer and the shipping charges.
• Manufacturer will repair or replace at the manufacturer's discretion any defects, if upon inspection by the manufacturer it is determined to be covered by the warranty.

Warranty does NOT cover improper use or any of the following:

• This warranty shall be invalid if the Roll Cover has been subjected to alteration, misuse, or abuse, or if any repairs on the cover are attempted by anyone other than an authorized manufacturers agent, unless express written approval is given.
• This warranty shall be invalid if damage occurs due to use of trichlor type chlorine or excessive chemicalization of water or contact with other chemicals directly on the cover material.
• This warranty does not cover scuffing, chafing, tearing, or wearing holes in cover by dragging or storing against sharp objects.
• This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, or during transportation from the dealer to purchaser.
• This warranty does not cover covers broken from excess weight placed upon the cover, i.e.: people, snow, pets, etc.
• This warranty does not cover custom covers made from customers dimensions that do not fit the intended spa due to customer supplied dimensional errors.
• This warranty does not cover Acts of God.

Except as expressed herein, there shall be no other warranty or obligation, expressed or implied, oral or statutory. Manufacturer, its agents or employees, shall in no event be liable for injury to any person or for any claim for damage, however arising. All consequential or incidental expenses,  including but not limited to loss of use, damages or contingent liabilities arising out of any alleged deficiencies of the Roll Cover are specifically excluded. Some states do not allow the exclusion of limitations of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

Shipping:

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Once you place your order you should receive an e-mail confirmation from us. If you don't receive confirmation within 24 hours please let us know (I still have an order on my desk from someone that omitted their name, address, phone number and e-mail).

Most orders are shipped via UPS within one day, although occasionally it may be two days. Custom made items and unusual special orders may take a bit longer. Covers take approximately two weeks in production and one week for shipping.

Below is a "shipping time chart" provided by UPS that shows the approximate shipping time for US orders, Canadian and international orders may take longer.

Returns:

Like everything else we offer, spa cover lifts are returnable, however, the following conditions apply.

• Returns of cover lifters must be authorized by us and an RGA number must be clearly written on the outside of the box.  Returns submitted without an RGA number will be refused and returned to you.
• Returned cover lifts must be in brand new condition, unused and uninstalled, complete with all parts, without cosmetic or other damages, and include all original packaging material.

We have yet to receive a returned cover lift that has not required inspection, repackaging and replacing of the entire box.  Therefore cover lifts returned for non-warranty reasons are subject to a $25 restocking fee.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

Used cover lifters may only be returned if defective, preauthorized and covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
